Mariano Carro Arrubuarrena, a visionary leader at Microsoft, spearheads the Leadership Employee Enablement Community (LEEC), a group dedicated to nurturing leadership qualities among its 7,000+ members across various roles and regions. Recognizing the evolving landscape of leadership within the tech industry, Mariano sought to equip his community with innovative leadership skills that mirror the dynamism and complexity of the modern workplace. This ambition led to the collaboration with our coaching agency to design and deliver a bespoke workshop titled "Coach-Like Leadership: The Future of Leadership Traits," facilitated by our esteemed coach, Marvin Gruensfelder.
